This Privacy Policy discloses how We collect, protect, use, and share information gathered about you on swellsofsplendor.com and webpages sharing the same domain (the “Site”). The majority of the product and service information posted on Our Site is offered without Our collecting any personally identifiable information from you. You can navigate the Site and view much of Our content without providing personal information to Us.

We do not market to, seek to solicit information from, or knowingly collect information from children under 13 nor is the Site is not intended for use by children.   Consistent with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), if We learn that We have received any information directly from a child under age 13 without first receiving his or her parent's verified consent, We will use that information only to respond directly to that child (or his or her parent or legal guardian if known) to inform the child that he or she cannot use the Site and subsequently We will delete information associated with the child.

The Type of Security We Provide

  • Finerworks – We use Finerworks to print, frame, and fulfill giclee orders. By using Our Site you agree to Finerworks collection of data under its Privacy Policy.
  • Kin Custom – We use Kin Custom for product creation and order fulfillment. By using Our Site you agree to Kin Custom’s collection of data under its Privacy Policy.
  • Gooten – We use for product creation and order fulfillment. By using Our Site you agree to Gooten’s collection of data under its Privacy Policy.
  • Contrado – We use for product creation and order fulfillment. By using Our Site you agree to Contrado’s collection of data under its Privacy Policy.
  • Printify – We use for product creation and order fulfillment. By using Our Site you agree to Printify’s collection of data under its Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics – We use Google for website metrics. By using Our Site you agree to Google’s collection of data under its Privacy Policy.
  • UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other trusted couriers and carriers – Customer mailing address and contact information will be provided to outside entities as necessary to fulfill and deliver orders.
  • Various advertisers – We use Facebook, Instagram, Google, Amazon, Bing and other advertising providers to provide advertising services for Us and Our Site. See below on how you can opt-out of tracking by these advertisers.

Some of these companies are given access to some or all of the information you provide Us, and some may use cookies or other tracking technologies on Our behalf. Swells of Splendor uses targeted advertising services provided by companies such as Facebook, Google, and Amazon. These services are intended to deliver advertisements that you are likely to be interested in, based on your recent browsing. Those services use technical means such as cookies and pixel tags to collect data as described in their privacy notices in order to help provide ads that are more relevant to you. As pertinent to Our Site, they collect data about your browsing activity, such as which pages you visited and when; technical information about your device and browser such as your device's IP address, device type and unique identifier; information about what ads have been served to you and whether you interacted with the ad; and data from third-party advertising partners such as pseudonymous identifiers to help deliver ads to you and recognize you across browsers and devices. On occasion, We offer promotions — such as giveaways — in conjunction with a sponsor. We may share your information with the sponsors if they need it to send you a product or to fulfill the promotion. Communication, engagement and actions taken through social media platforms that this Site and its owners participate on are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively.  This Site may use social sharing buttons which help share web content directly from web pages to the social media platform in question. Users are advised before using such social sharing buttons that they do so at their own discretion and note that the social media platform may track and save your request to share a web page respectively through your social media platform account.

Sale of Businesses

Over the course of Our operation, it is possible that at some point We may sell some, all or certain portions of Our businesses or assets to other companies. When such an event occurs, visitor information (including personally identifiable information) may constitute a part of the transferred business assets. In the event that We sell substantially all of Our assets to another company, visitor information (including personally identifiable information) likely will be considered an asset that will be transferred to the acquiring company.
